World Athletics President has since registered his deepest condolences to the Athletic world, terming the death as a big loss, and which has left a gap and a legacy that will be missed dearly. Sebastian cried the loss, saying it came just a week after the record set by Kiptum in the 2023 Chicaco Marathon was ratified by him.
