Tuchel interested in Spurs job
Former Chelsea coach, Thomas Tuchel would be interested in the Tottenham Hotspur job if Antonio Conte left the club in the coming months despite his Chelsea ties.
Conte’s future has been called into question following a string of disappointing performances and results, including Sunday’s defeat to Arsenal, which left Spurs 14 points behind the League leaders.

The Italian has often declined to commit to Spurs beyond the end of the season, when his contract expires, although the club has the option to activate a 12-month extension of his contract.
Tuchel is currently out of work after being fired by Chelsea in September last year, and he is taking a break from football. But he is now ready to return to the game and is willing to listen to offers from top clubs.

He would be open to Spurs job, though the German is not currently in communication with any potential suitors.
Tuchel adored living in London and was interested in taking over as England manager before Gareth Southgate committed to stay until after the 2024 European Championship.

The 49-year-old is said to be studying Spanish, implying he may be interested in a top job in La Liga.
Tuchel’s long-term assistants Zsolt Low and Arno Michels are free to join him at another club, although his former analyst Benjamin Weber is now the sporting director of SC Paderborn.
The former Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain coach led Chelsea to the Champions League triumph in 2021 and is still well-liked at Stamford Bridge, with Blues fans chanting his name after the team’s recent loss to Manchester City.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has previously employed four former Chelsea managers: Glenn Hoddle, Andre Villas-Boas, Jose Mourinho, and Conte.
Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino would also be a strong contender if Conte’s position became open in the summer or sooner.
The Argentine is out of work since leaving Paris Saint-Germain in July, although he remains friendly with Levy, with whom he maintains contact.
Pochettino has already stated that he will return to Spurs one day to finish what he began, and that his next job will be at a top club, preferably from England or Spain, and that he will play in the Champions League. The 50-year-old continues to spend his time between London and Barcelona.
